This Privacy Policy explains how RAB Technology Solutions LLC (“Felix,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you join our waitlist and, later, when you use Felix — an AI personal assistant you interact with over messaging channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and Telegram.

Information we collect

  • Waitlist email — the email address you submit to join the waitlist, so we can notify you about early access.
  • Contact information — once you use Felix, your mobile phone number and the messaging channel you contact us on.
  • Message content — the messages, voice notes, and instructions you send to Felix, and our replies.
  • Account & task data — information you ask Felix to manage on your behalf, such as tasks, reminders, your name, location/timezone, and (only if you connect them) calendar and email data from services you authorize.
  • Usage data — basic technical and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate Felix: to contact you about the waitlist and early access, to send and receive messages, manage your tasks and reminders, deliver the features you request, provide customer support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / text messaging

When you use Felix as a messaging assistant, you consent to receive text messages related to the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Terms & Messaging Policy for full details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate Felix — for example, email/waitlist providers, messaging providers, AI/LLM providers, and cloud hosting and database providers — and only as needed to deliver the service. These providers are bound to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing. As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared for third-party marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and as required to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email, and stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.

Children's privacy

Felix is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date.
